Because of the care and attention we give in the selection of our members, the Association confidently guarantees their work.
The Executive of the Association also receives regular reports on the quality and workmanship of its members from its executive officers.
In the unlikely event of dissatisfaction the Executive will fully investigate written complaints provided the member has been given reasonable opportunity for effecting remedial work.
Should these investigations indicate that work is not up to standard, the Association will arrange to have the work made good at its own expense.
